43rd Antique Fair – Spring 2019

The Czech Antique Dealers Association organizes the fair “ANTIQUE” in Prague twice a year – in April and November. Since 2010, the fair is held in New Town Hall (Novoměstská radnice) on Charles Square (Karlovo náměstí). There is a wide range of interesting art objects, jewellery, furniture, silver, ceramics, glass, textiles, pictures and fine art exhibited at this year’s fair, presented by more than seventy exhibitors from across the Czech Republic.

ART AND KITSCH

What is art and what is kitsch? Are they strictly divided or is the borderline between them blurry and dependent on personal taste or the fashion of certain period? Those questions will be addressed by the upcoming spring edition of Antique antiquity fair held in the premises of Prague´s New Town City Hall (Novoměstská radnice) from April 11th till April 14th.
