The Alderman Lounge (No. 41) can be found in the ground
floor of the south wing of the town hall. Press conferences, seminars,
coffee-breaks, banquets, etc. are held here.

The floor is wooden, polished and in the centre of the
lounge, there is a carpet. The lounge has a wooden painted ceiling.
The
lighting is performed by wall-mounted halogen luminaires.
The lounge is
heated by underfloor heating.
It is accessible from Mázhaus Hall - the
entrance from the courtyard or for Charles Square (only from the courtyard
during the reconstruction of the facade).
The sanitary facilities are
situated in the rooms No. 31 - 37.
In the ground floor, it is possible to use the cloakroom (No.
30) - capacity 270 persons.
The lounge is equipped with historical
furnishes: big Baroque chest of drawers in the forefront, long table (10 pieces
of tables 100x100 cm) in the middle of the room and 22 historical chairs around
the table. Further chairs (18 pieces) and tables (6 pieces 50x100 cm) are
disposed against the walls.
