Coffee Lounge

The coffee lounge (No. 122) is situated in the first floor of the west wing of the town hall. Its present appearance dates back to the time of its reconstruction in 1970's - 1990's (architect Girsa).

Area: 76 m².

In the forefront, there is a granite bar with the stainless working table and sink. The water inlet and power supply are mounted in this pace as well. In the wall behind the bar, there are niches and on the back of this wall, there is a wash-bowl.

The floor as well as the bar is made of polished granite and the lighting is provided by ceiling luminaires.

The east wall is completely glass-covered and ion the west wall, there are windows. Near the windows, you can find full-grown trees.

The coffee lounge is heated by underfloor heating.

The helical stairs provide the access (from No. 30 to No. 123), but it is also possible to use the main staircase (from No. 38 to No. 133).

The sanitary facilities are situated in the rooms No. 124 - 127.

The cloakroom for 270 persons is available in the ground floor (No. 30).

Except for the permanently installed granite bar with the stainless working table, the coffee lounge is not furnished.

In the rooms 116 - 120, there is a servery for catering. Equipment: 2 stainless tables, stainless sink, electrical cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, wash-bowl.
