Wine-cellar

The wine-cellar (No. 09 - 011) is situated in the basement of the north wing of the town hall. It is a place, where wine tasting, celebrations, etc. are held.

Area: 90 m².

The floor is tiled and the ceiling vaulted. The wine-cellar consists of three connected rooms with a conjoint low arched crawl space. The permanently installed bar can be found in the room No. 011.

The lighting is performed by wall-mounted halogen luminaires.

The wine-cellar is heated by underfloor heating.

The access is from the courtyard.

The sanitary facilities are situated in the rooms No. 013 - 016.

The wine-cellar is not furnished and has no water supply.
